LCD Display and Interface
- Each power module has an independent LCD, which gives real-time status data and alarms.
- The friendly interface provides graphical and text-based information for safe operation.
Airflow and Structure Design
- The power modules have an isolated air-flow design. PCB boards and heat-sinks are in different layers, enabling operation in dusty environments. One air-flow channel ensures fan redundancy.
High-Reliability Design
- SY-M series UPS uses modular IGBT and SCR in rectifier and inverter instead of discrete components. With all components in one module, it has fewer fault points and higher reliability. Inner thermal sensors display IGBT temperature.
High-Density and Scalability
- High power density: 300kVA only needs 0.66m² space. It’s scalable from 30kVA to 900kVA with up to 30 power modules in parallel and has inherent N + X redundancy. Hot-swappable modules are available, and additional charging modules can be added.
Monitoring and Management
- Each power module monitors and displays critical component information in real-time. It provides maintenance reminders, temperature monitoring, and has an intelligent battery charger.
Fault Recording
- The UPS can record and save main-parameter data as waveforms when faults occur for easy failure-cause analysis.
Smart Sleep
- The Smart Sleep function makes some power modules sleep when the load is low, improving efficiency and saving costs. Power modules can work in rotation, prolonging their lifespan.
Self-aging
- The self-aging function in three-phase UPS can test the unit under different load conditions without real load, saving over 90% of energy. It can be set on-site.
Programmable Dry Contacts
- SY-M and HT33 series UPS have programmable dry contacts. With three inputs and four outputs, they are easy to set and are compatible within the series.
