On December 28th, the launch of the Anhui Artificial Intelligence Industry Pilot Zone took place at Building 8 of Hefei Intelligent Speech Industrial Park. This event marks the opening of the province’s first innovative space covering the entire AI industry chain.
Zhao Ming, the Director of the Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and Yuan Fei, a member of the Hefei Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Vice Mayor, attended and gave speeches. Over 120 representatives from leading AI firms, tech companies, and investment institutions gathered for this milestone.
Jointly hosted by the Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Hefei Municipal People’s Government, and co-organized by relevant local bodies, the event saw Shuyi Technology among the first 12 enterprises to enter the zone make an appearance at the opening.
Zhao Ming said the pilot zone will focus on optimizing construction, formulating policies, transforming computing power, and more, aiming to build a provincial AI industry benchmark. Yuan Fei stated that Hefei will center on enterprise needs, accelerate construction, create an innovative scene-driven city, and integrate technology, industry, and finance.
At the event, the pilot zone signed deals with its first-batch strategic partners and incoming enterprises. Xie Chao, Deputy Director of the Hefei High-tech Zone Management Committee, signed settlement agreements with 12 enterprise representatives, including Simon Li, the founder of Shuyi Technology, inaugurating a new chapter for the company in AI.
Shuyi Technology, adhering to its customer-centered service concept, has won acclaim and contributed to the international development of Anhui’s AI industry.
